The culture shall take care of the focus. Make sure sales managers isn’t involved in the officelayout or the quality of the coffee we use etc, This shall be handled by the administration, that have the responsibility and knows what we need. It’s important to know that in many cases the signal value is worth way more, than the cost in itself for the non core products or services. Non core business matters is a bottomless lake and no matter of how much you bring in, the request for more won’t stop.
